I was born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan. I moved to Clarksville in 1999 and have been here ever since. My husband (Chris) and I have three children. Jonathan (21) and his wife Meagan (21) currently live in an apartment and are enjoying married life. Our middle son Tyler (20), is living at home trying to decide what he wants to do in life. Jacob (10) is going into fourth grade at Glenellen. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Austin Peay State University in 2007. In 2009, I obtained a Master's Degree in Technology and in 2012, I earned an Educational Specialist Degree in Administration both from APSU. This is my 16th year of teaching. Previously, I have taught first grade and fourth grade, but my heart is with second graders. I look forward to an exciting year!
