My name is Kimiko Thomas, and I will be teaching your child Reading, Language Arts, Social Studies, and Writing this year. I have been teaching for 10 years. My teaching experience includes first grade, prekindergarten, and kindergarten. I earned my bachelors degree from UNC at Pembroke, and my masters degree from Capella University. I'm from Opelousas, LA, and I'm an Army Veteran. I have been married for eighteen years, and I have two children. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading good books, dancing, watching movies, and spending time with my family and friends. I am a firm believer that communication between guardians and the teacher plays an important role in your student's achievement.
