Welcome to Second Grade!

This will be my 15th year with CMCSS. I absolutely love watching my students grow from the first day of school until the last day! I have previously taught 1st, 3rd and 4th grade, and have most recently been a grant-funded district literacy coach, supporting teachers in grades 1 and 2.

I grew up in Indiana and graduated from Purdue University (Boiler Up!) with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. I moved to Clarksville to teach in 2010. I also completed my Master of Education in Educational Technology through American College of Education.

I am married and we are a proud military family! We have two children, a German Shepherd, and a cat that love their siblings!

I previously coached softball and volleyball at Montgomery Central High School and have a strong passion for sports! I look forward to a great 2023-2024 school year with you and your child.
